1/4cSweet peppers, dehydrated
1/4cParsley, dried
1/2cHoney
1tbLemon juice
3tbLea & Perrins
1tbLiquid smoke
1cKetchup
2tbLouisiana hot sauce
1tbSalt
1/2tsMint, dried
1cDry white wine
3tbVinegar
1cWater

Put all the dried ingredients in a pot and add water. Let it set a little while. Add the wine and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook for several hours.
